Amy Rowley trading as Three B Creations is responsible for the handling of personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us.
1. What Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
- your name, email address and phone number
- billing, delivery and local-pickup information

2. Payment Information
Online card payments are processed using Stripe Checkout.
Complete payment-card numbers are entered into Stripe's payment environment and are not intentionally stored by Three B Creations on this website.
We may receive and retain transaction identifiers, payment status and other payment-related information needed to reconcile orders, issue receipts, process refunds and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you place an order, submit a form, request a quote, upload a photograph or other file, contact us, subscribe to marketing or otherwise communicate with us.
We may also receive limited information from service providers involved in processing a transaction, delivering an order, operating or hosting the website, providing email services, or protecting the website from fraud, security threats and misuse.
4. Why We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- provide quotations and respond to enquiries
- create, personalise and fulfil products

- operate, secure, troubleshoot and maintain the website
- prevent misuse, fraud or unauthorised activity
- send marketing messages where you have subscribed or where otherwise permitted by law
- comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
5. Personalised Images and Customer-Supplied Files
Customers may upload photographs, artwork, logos, reference images and other files when placing personalised orders, submitting custom requests or requesting quotations.
These files are used only as reasonably necessary to assess, design, prepare, produce and fulfil the requested product or service, communicate with you about your request, and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Please only upload photographs, artwork, logos or other material that you are authorised to provide.
When you provide us with an image or photograph of a child or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that image to Three B Creations and to allow us to use it for the purpose of creating your requested product.
If an image contains a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained appropriate permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary permissions or consents before submitting images or other materials to us.
We do not claim ownership of customer-supplied photographs, artwork, logos or other uploaded materials.
6. Customer File Storage, Retention and Deletion
Customer-uploaded photographs, artwork and other files may be retained for a period reasonably necessary to process and fulfil the relevant order, personalised product, custom request or quotation.
The Admin Portal allows Three B Creations to configure a retention period for eligible customer-uploaded files.
Where configured, eligible customer-uploaded files may be automatically deleted after the applicable retention period.
Authorised administrators may also manually and permanently delete customer-uploaded files through the Admin Portal when those files are no longer reasonably required.
Deletion of uploaded files is subject to any information that we are required or reasonably permitted to retain for legal, accounting, transaction, dispute-resolution, security or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Where an uploaded file is no longer reasonably required and there is no applicable reason for retaining it, it may be permanently deleted in accordance with our configured retention practices.
Deletion of an uploaded file does not necessarily require deletion of the associated order, transaction or accounting record where that information must or may reasonably be retained separately.
7. External Design, File-Processing and AI Services
Customer-uploaded photographs, artwork and other files are not provided to or processed through external AI or design services as part of the current website functionality.
Customer-uploaded files are stored within the website's hosting environment and are accessible to authorised users through the Admin Portal where reasonably required to assess, prepare and fulfil the customer's order, personalised product, custom request or quotation.
The website uses necessary technical service providers for its operation, including website hosting, database, email, security and payment services.
8. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to offers or product updates, we may use your name and email address to send those communications.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will update your marketing preference as soon as reasonably practicable.
Transactional messages about an enquiry, quote, order, payment, delivery, pickup or receipt are service communications and may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.
9. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies
The website currently uses essential session cookies or similar browser storage where necessary to provide and secure functionality such as the shopping cart, checkout process, administration security and other essential website functions.
At present, the website does not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other non-essential advertising or behavioural tracking technologies.
You can configure your browser to restrict cookies, but some website functions may not work correctly if essential cookies are blocked.
10. When We Disclose Information
We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to third parties that help us operate the business, provide the website and fulfil your request, such as:
- Stripe and payment-service providers
- website hosting, database, backup, security and technical-service providers
- email and communication providers
- delivery and logistics providers
- professional advisers, insurers or accountants where reasonably required
- government agencies, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required or authorised by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not provide customer-uploaded photographs, artwork or files to third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
11. Overseas Processing
Some technology and service providers may process or store information outside Australia as part of providing their services.
Where Australian privacy law imposes obligations on us in relation to overseas disclosure, we will take the steps required by that law.
Third-party providers may also handle information in accordance with their own privacy terms and applicable laws.
12. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps appropriate to our business to protect personal information and customer-uploaded files from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, secure administration, protected configuration, encrypted transmission where supported, restricted file uploads and other website-security controls.
Access to customer-uploaded files through the Admin Portal is limited to authorised users.
No internet transmission, website or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If we become aware of a data incident, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
13. Retention of Other Personal Information
Other personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to operate the business, fulfil orders, resolve disputes, maintain transaction and accounting records, or comply with legal obligations.
Different types of information may need to be retained for different periods.
When personal information is no longer reasonably required and we are legally permitted to do so, we may securely delete or de-identify it.
Customer-uploaded files are additionally managed in accordance with the file-retention and deletion provisions described in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy.
14. Access and Correction
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you or to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.

We do not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that you independently choose to access.
You should review the privacy information provided by those third parties before providing them with personal information.
